What are the requirements?
- Income within (at or under) program guidelines:
Household Size Yearly Income Monthly Income 1 $21,780 $1,815 2 $29,420 $2,451 3 $37,060 $3,088 4 $44,700 $3,725
- Live, work, attend school, or worship in St. Louis County
- Have a steady source of income from employment and the ability to make monthly payments
- Able to provide a minimum down payment
- Able to meet basic credit standards or be working to repair credit
- No bankruptcies within the last year
- No back-owed child support
- No current judgements (where a collector has taken you to court and the court has said you must pay them)
- Have a current valid driver's license
How do I apply?
- Attend a Community Action Duluth Orientation offered Tuesdays at 1pm and Wednesdays at 5:30pm at 19 N 21st Ave W Duluth, MN
- Complete an application; you can pick one up right after orientation! Applications can also be found by clicking on the Application link on the top right sidebar of this page.
