For each additional person please add $7,480 a year.
• Must "Live, Work, Attend School or Worship" in St. Louis County
• Have a steady source of income and the ability to make monthly payments.
• Be able to provide a minimum down payment.
• Able to meet basic credit standards or be working to repair credit.
- No bankruptcies within the last year
- No back-owed Child Support
- No current judgements (Where a collector has taken you to court and the court has said you must pay them)
• Have a current valid driver's license.
