What an honor! Two of our great Community Action Staff - Ted Hoffman (Director of Participant Services) and Classie Dudley (Executive Director) were guest readers for the Lincoln Park Middle School "One Book One Day" event on Thursday February 16th. The school wanted the guest readers to show students that the Duluth community values reading and our school's literacy goals.
Because February is both Black History Month and I Love to Read Month students were able to vote on different books. The winning book being Ghost Boys by Jewell Parker Rhodes.
Thank you Lincoln Park Middle school for such a great experience!
