New Market Volunteer Program

Want to promote access to local, healthy foods?

Do you enjoy building community?

Want a behind-the-scenes look at farmers markets?

Community Action Duluth’s Seeds of Success program has got you covered.

We're looking for market volunteers at our Central Hillside and Lincoln Park farmers markets this season.

Each market needs at least four volunteers. Shifts run from 2-5 p.m. at our Hillside location through Sept. 27; and 3-6 p.m. at Lincoln Park through Sept. 29.

Market volunteers can receive $5 in tokens to spend at our markets for each shift worked.

Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older

• Have transporation to and from market sites

• Ability to commit to two volunteer shifts per month
